Request account deletion

To delete your Lizlis account and associated data, open the Lizlis app > go to Settings > Account > Delete account.

If you can't access the app, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account".

When emailing us, please include:

  • Send from the registered email address used to sign up for Lizlis (or used for Apple / Google Sign-In).
  • (Optional but recommended) Your Lizlis user ID or a screenshot of your profile page (if easily accessible).
  • A short confirmation line such as: "I confirm that I want to permanently delete my Lizlis account and all associated data."
Request data deletion

You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account. This allows you to remove certain information while keeping your account active.

To request data deletion, email us with:

  • Send from the registered email address used to sign up for Lizlis (or used for Apple / Google Sign-In).
  • (Optional but recommended) Your Lizlis user ID or a screenshot of your profile page (if easily accessible).
  • Clearly specify which data you want deleted (e.g., "Delete my chat history", "Remove my profile picture", "Delete conversations with specific stories").
  • A confirmation line such as: "I confirm that I want to delete the specified data from my Lizlis account."
What happens to your data

When your account is deleted, all associated data (e.g., profile, chat history, preferences) is permanently removed from our servers. Certain minimal logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
